As-salamu alaykum!
Victoria left New Zealand to explore the world and eventually found herself in Essaouira in 2022, where she met Mohammed at a local hostel. Mohammed was working as a surf and kite-surfing instructor, while Victoria was teaching yoga. The rest was history. Victoria not only fell in love with Morocco, but the guy who was wearing a wetsuit more often than his clothes!
Fast forward three years and the two have created a life for themselves in Essaouira. They combined their skills and worked together within the tourism sphere to offer surf and yoga packages. This later developed into what they are offering today. Multi day packages including sunrise yoga, surf lessons, local tours of the Medina, cooking sessions and so much more! They enjoy working as a team, meeting new people and providing an authentic insight into what it is like to grow up in Morocco.
Mohammed comes from a family of six. Meet his Mother Najet, Father Said, older brother Abdul and two younger brothers Yassine and Noredine. ‘Essaouira Experiences’ benefits the whole family as together they prepare and deliver your experience, making it a family project.
